Administrator Exam – Adult Care Facility

Administrators of adult care facilities must complete a state-approved exam regulated by the Division of Health Service Regulation (DHSR) Adult Care Licensure Section.

For information about the exam, contact the DHSR Health Care Personnel Education and Credentialing Section at 919-855-3969, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
