Credentia is the state-approved Medication Aide examination vendor for North Carolina.
The examination is based upon the required training and the rules and regulations governing medication administration for Adult Care facilities.
Training programs and candidates should refer to the handbook for more information about the examination process.
Please be advised, the handbook is not a study guide for the examination.
The examination fee for each examination is $25.
